Orders will be shipped either the same day or the following weekday from placement of the order. Our shipping partner GLS usually delivers within 1-2 days, thus you will usually receive your order within 2-3 weekdays from placement of your order.

You have 3 different shipping methods to choose from with GLS
Choose between following:
Collect your order whenever it suits you. Choose the nearest PakkeShop to your home, work or similar; ex. 7 Eleven, Cirkel K or a local kiosk. Type your email address and cell phone no. and you will receive an automatic email/sms from GLS, when your order is ready to be collected at the chosen PakkeShop. Remember to bring your package no. and a valid ID.
Get your order delivered at work by registering your work address instead of your home address. If your order is unable to be delivered on the address, then it will be redirected to the nearest GLS PakkeShop and you will be notified regarding pick-up.
Get your order delivered to your home address. If your order is unable to be delivered on the address (ex if you are not home), then it will be redirected to the nearest GLS PakkeShop and you will be notified regarding pick-up.
You will receive an email confirmation when the order has been completed and an email/sms when the shipping company has scanned your order and it is in transit.
All orders are shipped as insured packages. This means that you are always able to track your order via www.gls-group.eu by using the Track&Trace number received by email/sms when your order has been scanned.
