PURCHASE

You can easily purchase products on our webshop www.wallst.dk and have them delivered to your door. If you have any special requests for products, then you are always welcome to contact us. All prices on the webshop are incl. VAT. When you return products, then please highlight following: a precise description of any defect detail and how it occured. Remember to always return the product in responsible packaging and get a receipt for the shipping.

POLICY FOR PERSONAL DATA

Cookies

A cookie is general term that is used to register user behavior in the users own database (on the user's hard drive). This way the server (ex a website) recognizes the user for future visits. No sensitive personal data is stored in a cookie, moreover information about the user's behavior on a website ex. typed username when you log in on the website. 

On www.wallst.dk we use cookies with the single purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality to make your visit and shopping the easiest and best experience possible.

You are always able to delete cookies on your computer. Easiest way is to do this in your web browser.

Log statistics

Log statistics are used on www.wallst.dk meaning that a statistics system collects data that gives us a statistic vision of ex. numbers of visitors, geographic locations, popular pages etc. All important behavial data that we use to always update the features for your customer benefit.

To order on www.wallst.dk you need to register with your following information in order for us to deliver the products to you:

PARTICULAR RESERVATION

We take particular reservation of incorrect pricing, sold out products and "type o's".

There is no extra charges by using our different payment methods.

You are always insured against abuse when using a payment card (ex. credit card). You can always reject a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no excess in case your card is being abused on a webshop that is using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) as we do. Besides this, we are using 3D-Secure on all international payment cards which both insures you and us against abuse. This way you are even better insured than in the physical world!

The data that you transmit when processing a payment with a payment card is encrypted (SSL), meaning that only the bank can read it. Neither www.wallst.dk nor others can read the data.

The amount that you pay, will not be transferred from your card until your order has been shipped from www.wallst.dk and it is not possible to withdraw larger amounts than you have approved in the system.

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days to return an order when you shop on www.wallst.dk. The right of revocation starts on the date that you have received your order. The right only applies if you return the product in a responsible packaging and in same mint condition and amount as purchased. The right does not apply if the product has been used or in any other way has lost its sales value. We strongly reccommend you to always save the original packaging and re-use this in case you decide to return your order within the 14 days.

Please always include sufficient information in the return box, such as; your whishes (refund or change of size/product), copy of order confirmation, bank account information to which to make the refund, any correspondance etc. This will all make the process much easier and faster.

If you wish a refund, this will be activated as soon as we have received the product and confirmed its condition.

NB: Products purchased during the Black Friday and Cyber Week campaigns from Nov 23rd to Nov 30th 2023 are not included in the return policy and cannot be returned nor refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders the customer needs to cover any shipping costs themselves.

PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS

Any pre-ordered products from our Pre-Order campaigns cannot be cancelled.

WARRANTY

When shopping on www.wallst.dk you have the standard warranty of 24 months. The warranty starts on the date that you have received your order. Depending on the specific case, you can choose to either get the product repaired, changed, get a refund or a rebate in price. This of cause requires that the warranty is rightly legitimate and the defect did not occur as a result of inappropriate use of the product or any other damaging behavior.

It is a requirement to always file in any warranty request as soon as possible after noticing the defect of the product. We will refund any fair shipping costs related to the return of a warranty, when and if this has been found legitimate. When you wish to file a request for warranty, you need to ship or deliver it to following address.
